Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Cloudike Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and members who use the Vpick service provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the service screen or the Company’s website.
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary in accordance with applicable laws or operational needs of the service. Any amendments will be announced in advance.

Article 3 (Definitions)
1. “Service” refers to all video upload, AI analysis, and short-form creation and editing features provided by the Company.
2. “Member” refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company.
3. “Content” refers to videos, images, text, and metadata uploaded or submitted for processing by a Member.
4. “Generated Content” refers to short-form videos newly created by a Member through the Service.
Chapter 2. Service Use Agreement
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
The Company provides Members with the following features:
- Video and image upload and management
- AI-based video analysis
- Short-form creation and editing features
Article 5 (Content Upload and Copyright Responsibility) [Important]

The Company does not verify the copyright status of Member content and processes such content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service.
Article 6 (Use of Generated Content)
- In principle, the copyright to Generated Content belongs to the Member.
- The Company may use Generated Content, for which the Member holds copyright, for service promotion or case studies only with the Member’s explicit prior consent.
Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)
Members shall not engage in the following activities:
- Uploading or requesting processing of content that infringes upon the copyrights or other rights of third parties
- Distribution of illegal content
- Any act that interferes with the operation of the Service
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be liable for any copyright disputes arising from content uploaded or submitted for processing by Members.
- Legal responsibility for the suitability or completeness of AI analysis results or automatically generated short-form content shall rest with the Member.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.

Supplementary Provision
These Terms shall take effect on January 9, 2026.
